e2o Pty Ltd "Engineering to Operations" is a progressive Australian company specialising in the provision of services to the Australasian resources sector. Our team has years of business expertise providing technical and skilled services to the areas of engineering, completions, commissioning, operations and through-life support.

Our client, an Australian market leading company, requires a person who can adapt immediately and confidently to the high-risk nature of power station day to day operations for a short term contract.  In this role you will coordinate and maintain our client’s in house quality systems, practices and documentation processes and provide strong safety leadership to the crews. You will provide the client's management, production and maintenance groups’ guidance towards a strong safety culture.

The successful applicant will be a self-motivated and driven professional who would preferably have proven power industry experience or extensive exposure to heavy construction and/or maintenance site HSE requirements.

Skills and requirements:

  • Relevant HSE Qualifications and Trade Background (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years HSE hands on experience in heavy industry
  • Knowledge of safety legislation and strict adherence to all quality, health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Consultative approach to problem solving and outstanding communication skills
  • Proactively contributes to continuous improvement 
  • White card

Full support will be provided by the client to ensure that the required successful outcomes are achievable during this contract which is expected to run for 2-3 months.
